Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all subscription passes, lifetime memberships, and introduction fees purchased on AvaKri. By completing a transaction on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Purchases & Non-Refundability

Because subscription purchases grant access to our proprietary network and onboarding resources, payments cannot be refunded after checkout except under the specific onboarding exception detailed in Section 3.

2. Transferability & Gifting Subscriptions

While completed accounts are non-transferable once onboarding is finished, subscription purchases can be gifted to others prior to account setup:

• To gift a subscription, simply forward your signup confirmation email containing the account activation link to the intended recipient.
• The gift recipient must independently meet our eligibility criteria (21+ years of age) and pass mandatory identity verification and background screening.

3. Mandatory Onboarding & Cancellation Processing Fee

To ensure member safety and maintain community alignment, all subscribers must successfully pass government ID verification, a criminal background check, and an initial video onboarding interview.

In the event that an account cannot be onboarded because:

• The user fails the mandatory government ID check;
• The user fails the criminal background check; or
• Our matchmakers establish during the initial interview that the platform is not an ideal match for the candidate at the current time;

The subscription will be cancelled, and a mandatory cancellation and administrative processing fee of $129 will be withheld. Any remaining balance from the initial signup fee will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Guided Introductions

Human Matchmaker Hosted First Introductions ($39) are charged only when both individuals mutually agree to the meeting. Payments processed for confirmed introductions are non-refundable once scheduled.
