Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the access to and use of the matchmaking services, website, mobile applications, and platform operated by AVAKRI ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or subscribing to our platform, all users ("Users" or "you") agree to strictly comply with this AUP.

1. Eligibility & Minimum Age Requirement

• Strict Age Limit (21+): You must be at least 21 years of age to register, access, or subscribe to our matchmaking services. Minors under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform.
• Identity Verification Mandatory: Access to our subscription services and match interactions requires compulsory Government ID verification and background check review. Users who fail, refuse, or attempt to circumvent identity verification will have their accounts immediately suspended or terminated.
• Single User Account: Accounts are non-transferable and must represent a single, verified natural person.

2. Prohibited Services & Content Standards

Our platform is strictly dedicated to personal, non-commercial matchmaking for individuals seeking genuine interpersonal relationships. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for any adult services, commercial solicitations, or inappropriate conduct.

You agree NOT to use the platform to engage in, facilitate, or post content related to:

• 1. Sexually Explicit or Adult Content: Any pornographic material, nudity, depictions of sexual acts, or sexually suggestive imagery or communications.
• 2. Commercial Sex, Adult Services, or Solicitation: Prostitution, escort services, sugar dating, financial solicitation, or selling goods/services.
• 3. Misrepresentation & Fraud: Misrepresenting your identity, age, legal name, height, location, marital status, or background information. Using stolen or fabricated government identification during verification.
• 4. Harassment & Hate Speech: Bullying, stalking, intimidation, extortion, discriminatory remarks, or non-consensual sharing of personal information (doxxing).
• 5. Illegal Activities: Engaging in or encouraging any unlawful activity or transaction under applicable local, state, federal, or international laws.

3. Identity Verification & Security

• Users must submit authentic, current, government-issued identification (e.g., driver's license or passport) prior to subscription activation or receiving match introductions.
• We reserve the right to re-verify identity or perform secondary background reviews at any time.
• Maintaining anonymity or privacy preferences on the platform must be conducted through official platform settings and does not exempt any user from backend identity verification.

4. Monitoring, Enforcement & Account Termination

To ensure compliance with this AUP, financial partner standards, and user safety regulations:

• We reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to monitor, review, and moderate user profiles, communications, and platform interactions.
• Any violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension, account termination, forfeiture of subscription access, and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement authorities.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel subscriptions for any account flagged for fraudulent, unsafe, or non-compliant activity.
