1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at https://avakri.com, registering an account, submitting personal profile information, or participating in online consultations, matchmaking meetings, or introductions provided by Avakri, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease accessing our services.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To register an account or participate in matchmaking meetings, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Platform Services & Meeting Coordination
Avakri provides an online platform for client onboarding, consultation scheduling, video/audio meeting facilitation, and matchmaking introductions between clients and prospects ("Services"). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Meeting Conduct: You agree to maintain professional, respectful, and courteous conduct during all online interactions, virtual meetings, and telephone consultations facilitated by Avakri.
- No Guarantee: Matchmaking and prospective introductions are subjective. AvaKri does not guarantee specific outcomes, relationship compatibility, or contract executions resulting from meetings.
- Background Checks: Avakri reserves the right, but assumes no obligation, to conduct verification checks or screen participants prior to facilitating meetings.
4. Communications & TCPA / SMS Consent
By providing your telephone number through our web forms, checkout pages, or scheduling modules, you expressly consent to receive communications from AvaKri, including phone calls, automated SMS appointment notifications, meeting reminder links, and customer support updates at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or request assistance by replying HELP or emailing [email protected]. Standard message and data rates may apply.
5. User Content & Confidentiality
Users may submit personal descriptions, preferences, photography, and meeting notes ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant Avakri a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of delivering matchmaking and consultation services. You agree not to record, screen-capture, or distribute private details or recordings of prospective matches or matchmakers met through our online meetings without explicit written consent.
6. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
Fees for matchmaking consultations, platform access, or client retainer packages are specified at checkout or within individual client service agreements. Payments are processed via secure third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all consultation fees and subscription payments are non-refundable once service delivery or consultation scheduling has commenced.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on the platform:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information or identity credentials.
- Harassing, stalking, abusing, or harming matchmakers, prospects, or platform personnel.
- Using the platform for unauthorized commercial solicitation, spamming, or marketing.
- Attempting to bypass security controls, reverse-engineer platform tools, or collect data on other users without authorization.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ava LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your access to or use of the platform, meeting services, or interactions with third parties met through AvaKri.
9. Termination & Governing Law
AvaKri reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to meetings at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
